Caranya
1. Ambil buah manggis
2. Kupas
3. Isi dia enak di makan
4. Kalau sebelum ni kulit kita buang je tapi la ni jangan, ambil kulit dia, hiris macam asam keping dan jemur sampai kering
5. Bila nak guna, ambil air panas, 2 3 hirisan kulit manggis direndam. Sedia di minum apabila menjadi suam.
6. Warna air akan bertukar sedikit ungu. Rasa air sedikit kelat tetapi enak.
